Jill Taylor Batterson, President

One of America’s leading spa industry experts, Jill has directed some of the country’s most prominent spas (Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa; The Spa at Pebble Beach;  and  The Phoenician), demonstrating her unique ability to integrate the interests of distinctive spa property identity, operating profitability and human healing.

Her direct, hands-on successes in all operating aspects of spa management, combined with her experience as general manager of a spa distribution company, reflect a knowledge level and performance ability which is comprehensive and indicative of her stellar professional reputation.  Her personal influence throughout the industry is evident in a number of ways, from the many former assistants who later directed major spas, to her involvement in ISPA, to her strong relationships with other spa industry leaders.

Jill has been one of the leaders in taking resort spa operations expertise and interpreting it in both day spa and medical spa formats.

Married to Jim Batterson, Executive Director of Women's Health at the Stanford University School of Medicine,  Jill and Jim are particularly adept at introducing innovative concepts and improved financial performance among medical professionals seeking same.
